Our video assessment strategies identify strengths and areas of growth for players based on habits, skills, and positional play. Players will be provided with affirmation and teaching clips during each session.
Players require the ability to collect and interpret information to select the appropriate motor movement in split seconds to achieve success. Coaches must equip players with the necessary habits, skills, and enable them to solve problems. We aim to equip players with the necessary problem-solving and decision-making attributes required to process relevant information.
Our goal is to identify opportunities for the athlete to generate significant growth.

1 on 1 Coaching - Video Analysis
Our video analysis sessions enhance hockey IQ through affirmation and teaching clips. We help players:

Identify critical information through scanning (eyes)

Organize and process information to determine appropriate actions

Couple cues and patterns together to increase anticipation, decision-making, and creativity
Video Analysis Packages:
6 Month Period (October - March)
Weekly
- Sessions: 24x 1 Hour Sessions
- Cost: $1,200+GST
Bi-Weekly:
- Sessions: 12x 1 Hour Sessions
- Cost: $650+GST
Monthly:
- Sessions: 6x 1 Hour Sessions
- Cost: $350+GST
